Can you imagine Allah swt gave you such a power, such a beautiful opportunity that is enough for you to survive all your hard ways in the most smoothest way.You don’t even need to get prepared for this.what you just need is only to realise that -
yes, you have The most powerful entity behind who can see you,who made you, and knows every single attribute of yours.He knows what you feel,He knows what's right for you and what's not so.
Yes,you guessed it right.I am talking about Dua.
This is such an ibadah that is easy to implement. But unfortunately, nobody pays the least importance to it. You know why? It is because it requires nothing but the feel, the faith that yes, although I can't solve it, my Creator holds the power to solve it in a miraculous way.
Its entirely a process of levelling up your belief system. So here I want to disclose some unique facts about DUA.
Point No-1:
Dua is one of the most powerful Ibadah that connects you with Allah swt from within. And that too directly.It is the best medium by which we can have communication with Allah swt.This is a way that doesn't need any medium to talk.we just can directly open up our feelings emotions and everything with just dua.
Point No-2:
Dua holds the power to change your luck.Ok! Let's get straight to this.Luck is a unique thing, yes, you are destined. But destiny[Taqdir] is of two types.The first one is called major taqdir This is the one that is unchanged for ever.No one holds the power to change it. This is the mighty Lawhe Mahfuz.But the second one is minor taqdir.It is the type that is kept on hold.that depends on the pathways of yours that is chosen by you.for if you choose wrong things to go with then you are destined with the way of your choice and that also goes well with things if you choose the right way.
Therefore,how is it related to dua?Well,if you make dua it will ease your way in such a way that you've never imagined. Suppose something worst to be happened for the wrong decision or action or behaviour made by you.But even after the worst or before the worst if you make dua, then the pathways will become easy for you.Some deeds of yours will be forgiven, some decisions will be made easy for you to take,some inclinations that you expected from someone else in your worldly life,you are going to get this Through dua..consequently the worst will be transformed into the bests.In this way DUA holds the power to change something that was written for you for what HUMANs are dignified as the only creation of Allah swt who owe free will.
Point No-3:
Well,how amazing it is to know that when you make dua the replies from Allah swt are of 3 types-
- Yes, I will grant what you want
- I will grant,but at the right time
- I will not grant but will replace it with the bestest one.
When you keenly observe those replies you gonna get the realization that Dua is such a business that has no loss.Means there is no reply in negative from Allah swt but is replaced with the affirmative ones.And trust me when you deeply analyze those points the half of the problems of your life will be dissolved so in an unexpected way.
Lets breakdown those replies -
Reply No 1- when you get what you want means you had already gained that capabilities that were required to achieve the desire and Allah was pleased with you
Reply No 2-It practically means that yes you owe that potentiality within you but you need time to implement it.You need preparation.You need guidelines. You need strategy to work on.you need proper execution. Moreover a proper plan to fight against your weaknesses.
Thus when you become ready to handle the grant,the success, you eventually get this.There can be different scenarios of it.For instance -you want to be a billionaire. You want to lead a lavish life.But you can't expect from Allah swt to grant you that overnight. That is logically unjustified. You don't have right to gain unless you make a certain level of hard work.In our society you can see many families get so fed up with their daughters for not getting married . But a marriage requires a sense of responsibility,a sense of understanding, a sense of having knowledge to get the fact when to compromise and when to not,when to sacrifice and when to not.without teaching your girls to survive in a new situation while maintaining the meaning of your own existence, I would like to question those families as well as girls how can you expect to get a beautiful married life in such a way.So Allah gives you time to get prepared for your future.So please at least from today on, don’t blame Allah swt for not granting you your things.You simply are not enough capable of getting this.So rather blaming Allah swt or others, blame yourself and work on your self.
In some cases acceptance of dua takes time.well,let's go through some Quranic examples of it.
Example No -1:we all know the incident of Abraha and his giant elephant army from Suratul Fil.yes,the Kabba was protected. By whom?No one, but Allah swt.Prophet Mohammad(s) 's grandfather Abdul Muttalib's camel was secretly robbed by Abraha by that time.Do you know what he said to Abraha at that moment.He said- And give me back my camels.the Cruel Abraha said-Really?!you are concerned about your camel? and here am preparing for the distruction of Kabba.Aren't you worried about it.In reply, he said-No,I am not.These camels are my asset.They are my responsibility. But Kaaba is Allah's.So I don't need to worry about it.Just Imagine what a level of belief they had on Allah swt.Eventually Abraha was destroyed . Most of the scholars said that it was the result of the dua of the prophet Ibrahim(A) and Ismail(A) as they made dua for Kaaba, for the protection of it,after the building of it.Just Imagine one thing.their dua was accepted after their death.Now think how a strong ibadah a dua can be.It will surely be granted by hook or by crook but it will strictly and eventually happen at the right time.Not even a pinch before it or after it.
Example No-2:throughout his life, Prophet Ibrahim(A) was desiring to be a father.But his wife, Sarah was not biologically fit to give birth to babies. It was nearly impossible for them to be parent. However, Prophet Ibrahim (A) sincerely made dua .And miraculously his dua was accepted in such a way that he got two sons who were later on granted prophesy. The two sons of him were Prophet Ismail (A) and prophet Ishak (A).And ultimately became the ancestor of the last and greatest prophet Muhammad (S) as he(S)came from the generation of Ismail(A).This is how his dua was accepted.
Thus, there are thousands of examples we can find in the Quran about the acceptance of dua that show how dua is significantly shaped with aptness over the passage of time. It always needs perfection. Only Allah knows how and when the dua is going to be accepted in the most perfect way
Reply No 3:Allah is the only Creator of this entire creation. Which means He also created you.He shaped you in the most beautiful way compared to the other creation.Not only He shaped you but also He plugged in all those humanlike attributes within you, making you a unique being than the others.He knows what emotions, which sorts of strategies, which sorts of knowledge you are going to apply in every step of your life.You know yourself, your parent know you and love you a lot.But your Creator loves you the most.He knows what things can be bearable for you and what are not so.So He planned for you.He designed the entire life for you.Sometimes a plan may seem acceptable for you.But you don’t know the future .You don’t know how impactful it would be after the execution of it. But your Creator is very well known of the fact that which things are sustainable for you and which are not so.So he replaced it with a better plan for you.
Sometimes, another scenario can be-Allah tests you with the dunya.Perhaps you are chosen to be successful through failure. Sometimes you are chosen to face danger.Sometimes you are chosen to showcase your potentiality, dedication for a long period of time,you are chosen to go through the way of patience. In this way Allah tests you by not granting you what you wanted,so that you can work on your self.
Below, some references are given from the Quran and Hadith that will help you analyse the concept of dua more efficiently -
1.Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran:"When my servants ask you concerning me, (tell them) I am indeed close (to them). I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calls on me." (Quran, 2:186).
2.Prophet (SAW) said: “A slave becomes nearest to his Lord when he is in prostration. So increase supplications in prostrations.” (Sahih Muslim).
3.Allah says in Quran: “And your Lord says, Call on Me; I will answer your (prayer). But those who are too arrogant to worship Me will surely find themselves in Hell, in humiliation.” (Quran, 40:60).
4.Prophet (SAW) said, “Dua turns away destiny and good deeds lengthen age.” (Tirmidhi)
5. Holy Prophet (SAW) said, “For whoever the door of Dua opened, for him the doors of mercy are opened.” (Tirmidhi)
Ultimately we can see every decision made by Allah is always apt for you according to your situation. So never stop making dua.
